Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Who we are
OrderLift ("we") provides automated purchase-order data extraction and validation. The service is operated by Leadomator LLC, 30 N Gould Street Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
You forward purchase-order documents; we return structured data files and exception reports. We validate against the item data you provide and flag uncertain lines rather than guessing, but you are responsible for reviewing output before using it in your business systems. OrderLift is a data-processing tool, not a party to your commercial transactions.
3. Accounts & billing
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Refunds: full refund within the first 14 days of your first subscription, no questions asked; after that, no partial-month refunds. Each plan has a monthly PO volume limit; sustained overage moves you to the matching tier with notice.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the documents you send. We use them solely to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). We do not use your documents or data to train AI models. Deletion requests are honored within 7 days.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no documents you lack the rights to process, and no attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
6. Availability & support
We target commercially reasonable uptime; there is no formal SLA on Starter or Standard plans. Support is by email with a same-business-day response target.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is." Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or wrong shipments resulting from unreviewed output.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 14 days' email notice to active customers; continued use is acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
